The Royalty Rate:  Skyward Magic was designed for creators.  You will receive a 80% royalty rate for each product sold – this is higher than any other company. 

See Your Sales Numbers:  Most other sites work on the honor system, where you hope that the site admin is being honest about how many sales your products get.  Unfortunately, restricting the sales information from the creators makes it very easy to “fudge the numbers”, thus taking money out of the creator’s pockets.

Skyward Magic values honesty, and being transparent is the best way to avoid monetary conflicts.

Same day.

Our system is almost entirely automated, with the exception of order fulfillment.  This is to make sure that no fraudulent payments are made, in an effort to protect the creators from piracy.

A “Pending” order only means that the order is in the processing stage: either the payment hasn’t been processed yet.  Once that is finished, your order will be sent to the email you provided during the checkout process.  

Or, in the case of physical products, we have received the payment and are in the process of making/shipping the product to you.

If your payment method is not working (credit/debit card, PayPal account), then you should first contact the company to make sure a block has not been put on your bank account.  Occasionally, banks or online providers will do this in order to prevent fraudulent transactions.

If there is no block on your bank account, then please send us a message, and we’ll get it sorted out.

We generally do not offer refunds, due to the fact that almost all of our products are digital.  Unfortunately, there are people who do take advantage of refunds on digital items, since there is no shipping cost to send the items back, and no physical device they need to retain in order to make the magic work.

That said, if you purchase a physical product and the creator does not ship it to you, or sends you a broken or defective item, send us a message, and we’ll get in touch with the creator, to get the situation resolved as quickly as possible.

Each product is screened to make sure the method is 100% legal and does not require any invasive or questionably-legal methods.  But on the off-chance something gets missed in the product approval process, and you are unhappy with the legal ramifications of the method, then a refund may be possible.

Somewhat.  If a creator wants to sell physical products through Skyward Magic, then they are able to.  However, the creator is in charge of holding their own inventory, shipping, and tracking.

At the moment, the only physical products on the site are sold by Tom Phoenix (hey, that’s me!).
